"Today's dreamers are tomorrow's leaders".

Project-Based Learning
At FLIPS, our method of learning is entirely hands-on. From the engineering design process to research methods, our campers learn about the foundational principles driving various STEM industries.
High school leaders share their passions while also building critical leadership skills. From curriculum building to logistics, high schoolers learn how to communicate STEM topics.
Student Led
FLIPS camps are entirely student led. Our network of college mentors guide high school camp founders through each step of the camp-creation process. Proposals, fundraising, advertising, and logistics are just some of the responsibilities student take on.
Camp founders also find high school station leads to help them design STEM lessons!
Community Focused
FLIPS targets Title 1 (low-income) communities that don’t typically have access to STEM. With 100% free programming, we believe finances should not be a barrier to accessing STEM leadership opportunities.
High schoolers have the opportunity to bridge gaps in their community, connecting with local middle and elementary schools.
